How To Fix "Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)" Errors

While installing any repository in ubuntu and you got an error related to lock

eg :

Then follow the below step

first login with root account or any any user with sudo access and type below command

 sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

Then its working fine
